Green Roof
For a pub and music performance venue in downtown Lancaster, MAROTTA/MAIN planned the conversion of an unoccupied rooftop to a green roof. This provided an additional patio seating area for the expanding business. The rooftop bar and dining area is popular with Tellus 360 patrons and is also used for activities such as yoga classes and concerts.
