Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire
Swashbuckler Brewing Company began producing hand crafted ales and lagers on a small 3 bbl system. The micro-brewery proved to be very popular with Renaissance Faire patrons and quickly expanded to a 12 bbl system. MAROTTA/MAIN designed a restaurant and brew pub with outdoor seating and indoor bar areas that showcases the brewery's operations and continues the aesthetic of the surrounding fairgrounds.
