Maryann Marotta is the founding President and Senior Principal Architect of MAROTTA/MAIN ARCHITECTS. Maryann has experience in design, master planning, and project management for clients throughout the mid-Atlantic region.

Maryann's areas of specialization include educational, commercial, residential, and religious architecture. She has extensive experience steering projects through local, state, national, and historic review processes. In recognition of her expertise in education, architecture, design and master planning, she was selected by the Pennsylvania Department of Education to participate in a recent roundtable meeting to review and discuss school construction funding and the Plan Con process administered by the Department's Division of School Facilities.

A resident of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, Maryann is an advisor to the Historic Preservation Trust of Lancaster County and serves on the boards of the Manheim Township Planning Commission, Lancaster Day Care, and Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology. She is past chair of Manheim Township ICC Board of Appeals and past president of the Lancaster Penn Square Rotary Club.

In 2013, Maryann was recognized as one of Central Penn Business Journal's 25 Women of Influence.
