Donald Main began his professional architecture career with firms in Lewisburg and Lancaster before joining MAROTTA/MAIN as Partner and Principal. His areas of specialty include educational, religious, commercial, and residential design. His success working across diverse architectural markets in both the public and private sectors has contributed to the firm's excellent reputation and strong growth.

A resident of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, Donald serves numerous regional organizations. He is a member of the Lancaster Historical Architectural Review Board, a board member of LHANDS (Lancaster Housing and Neighborhood Development), a member of the Milton Hershey School's Engineering & Design Advisory Committee, a chair of the Stewardship Committee at Grace Lutheran Church, and an advisory member of the Historic Preservation Trust of Lancaster County.

In 2008, in recognition of his professional accomplishments and outstanding community involvement, Donald was honored by Central Pennsylvania Business Journal as one of their Forty Under 40.
